Positive: Staff were excellent, pools were very clean and no issues with Sunbeds in September.. Balcony in the room was great. Massage parlour was brilliant. Monday evening Live Band was superb.
Negative: Food in the restaurant was not very palatable for dinner, too mixed with very little in the way of specific cuisine... Not even classic Turkish food. Breakfast was not much better. The omelette was good, but the scrambled egg was like having milk with a bit of egg thrown in, it was just slop! The rooms have become tired since we were last there in 2018... Bathrooms smell, although if you tell reception, they at least try to freshen them up daily. Entertainment team try their best, but not a lot to do.

Positive: Amazing value for money, we got it for 65€ per night with all inclusive and I honestly couldn't ask for more. The view is amazing, food is great (maybe less so for lunch but still good), staff is really friendly and nice, especially the blondish girl by the pool bar - super kind and helpful. I loved the pool, and it is well maintained. The cocktails are really not strong but that's a plus for me - you can be sipping away all afternoon without getting wasted😅
Negative: The toilets all over the property, including the room itself, have seen better days for sure. The same goes for shower. We didn't go to the contracted beach as it is located in unfortunate area of the lagoon. I would recommend taking taxi to the banana beach club

Negative: Breakfast could have been better. No croissant’s for breakfast. No ice cream at dinner for the children.

Positive: The hotel is large, looks very nice at the first glance, and has many amenities. It is a bit older, which is noticeable, but the price-performance ratio is absolutely fantastic, at least in the winter season. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was large and clean, with a large terrace. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom good, the Wi-Fi good. In March it was a bit cold in the room and very cold in the hallways after the sun went down. The hotel has several restaurants and bars with a lot of activities on offer for the guests. Breakfast and buffet dinners were good, with a large selection of both hot and cold (lots of cakes, sweets, salads and vegetables), but as a European I still missed a better selection of cheese, meat and spreads for bread breakfast. The parking seemed small, but we always found a place there. The indoor pool lacked some large windows, so the air there was very cold there after 7 pm. The free hammam was perfect, however.

Positive: This hotel offers value for money, even outside the touristic season. i highly recommend for anyone who wants to explore the Lycian trail or the rich in history area.
Negative: Sometimes a bit noisy due to the daily influx of tourists. Also the room service/ cleaning, might have been a little better.

Positive: Perfect location: very close to the beginning of Lycian way. Spacious room with nice pool view. Value for money. Very big and comfy bed.
Negative: This place seems to be perfect, but condition of the staff is not so good. Toilet flash was not working in my room. Breakfast is not so tasty. Very humid air. My clothes were slightly wet in the morning.
